Through the biomechanical function of MBT, the muscles, joints and spine begin to function in an anatomically correct manner.
It not only strengthens the body, it also helps to improve the way you use your muscles and joints.
MBT is an important training tool to achieve better performance in different sports:
The world-class handballer, Jae-Won Kang, trains his sensory-motor, nervous system and performance by wearing MBT every day and by doing special exercises. (More information in the Video "The New Training Method" with Jae-Won Kang)
These are just some of the benefits of training and wearing MBT during your normal daily routine - without exercising and without investing time.
Numerous professional endurance sportsmen and women are convinced of the sensational effect of the MBT as a device for cooling down.
Warming-up with MBT speeds up the blood circulation in the lower extremities and optimises the movements of the joints of the feet. "Roll-trotting" strengthens the effect (see separate leaflet).
MBT improves the co-ordination skills of the muscles and equalises the muscle imbalances. The "new musculature" can, in a few weeks, replace "taping" of the foot and knee, as done by top sportsmen and women.
A quicker release of tension can be achieved through wearing MBT. Back, joint, muscle and tendon pain reduces or disappears altogether. The effective alignment and reduced loading on the musculoskeletal system means that, in most cases, pain disappears.
MBT puts an extremely gentle loading on the joints, despite very high muscular activity, and creates better blood circulation in the soft tissue. Special indications are the knees, achilles tendons and foot-joint problems, as well as muscle and ligament injuries.
